This book is a well constructed full color book. It was one of the earlier full color books, thus raising the bar for further waterfall authors. Patrick Lisi has done a very good job with this book.
The waterfalls are grouped into counties. There are many photos, maps and highlighted boxes with detailed directions to each of the falls. The paper is semi glossy stock and the photographs are well served by this.
The bottom line: This book is a bit hard to find. It's a less of a guidebook than most of the waterfall books available today. That is not meant to denigrate the book, but rather to point out that the book is more like a 7" x 10" attempt at a coffee table book. I have this book, it's quality merchandise. If you plan to explore Wisconsin's waterfalls, it's a worthy addition to your library.
