This is a bi-fold brochure set up to function as a small book printed on ledger size paper. This is a concise reprinting of a series of articles which appeared in the magazine Cascades East in the early 90s. It discusses 17 notable waterfalls within a 50-60 mile radius of the city of Bend, Oregon. The pamphlet features thorough enough directions that it can be used as a field guide, but is largely incomplete, does have some out dated information and and is best used to accompany guidebooks which cover the area. There is a picture accompanying each waterfall written about, though the blue-on-white print style is not as illustrative as it could be. At a cost of $5, there really isn't any information here to justify paying full price. Available at most major bookstores in Oregon as well as occasionally online.
