CONFIRMED
This waterfall has been confirmed by the World Waterfall Database, has been mapped and its height has been approximated but exact measurements have not yet been confirmed.
Seen at the end of the Zion Canyon Road, directly across from the Temple of Sinawava, the unnamed stream in Telephone Canyon can be seen hurtling 600 feet out of a slot canyon not more than 5 feet wide. Like most waterfalls in Zion National Park, Sinawava Falls are functionally ephemeral and depend on precipitation for sustained flow. The falls are most impressive after a passing thunderstorm, but will flow for a longer sustained period when the winter snow is melting from the Kolob Plateau.
