Our thoughts
Roraima Falls is a commonly seen entry on various "world's tallest" lists. It's commonly listed at both 2000 feet, and 1475 feet tall. We feel that it is likely closer to 2000 feet tall, in four tiers, with a single drop of around 1000 feet. The 1475 foot figure likely comes from measuring the first three tiers, which are practically simultaneous. The overall height reflects the lower tier, after the stream bounces off of a step of the Tepui.
