This waterfall has been confirmed by the World Waterfall Database, has been mapped and its height has been approximated but exact measurements have not yet been confirmed.
Malan Falls is the major waterfall of Waterfall Canyon, found just outside of Ogden. The falls drop around 200 feet in a twisting horsetail off steep cliffs on the flank of Mount Ogden. Though the falls drain from high up on a mountain which receives fairly heavy snow in the inter, very little water will flow in the creek in the summer months and the falls will be greatly reduced outside of passing thunderstorms.
