This is one of the more prominent waterfalls in the Squamish River valley, near Squamish BC. The falls drop down the mountainside across the valley from the main road, and are about as obvious as a Giant Redwood in a corn field. Icecap Falls is possibly one of the most massive waterfalls in Canada, dropping at least 1500 feet, and standing at least 700 feet wide at it's crest (measuring from segment to segment). It flows year round, but is most impressive in May and June. |
