Detailed Information:

This is one of the coolest waterfalls we've come across. The Bras de Caverne River starts off high up in a cirque on the mountainside, mostly springfed, and drops over three consecutive waterfalls, about 700 feet, 600 feet and 1000 feet respectively. Next to the final 1000 foot fall, three other major streams drop 1000 feet into the canyon. After all this, the water gathers and drops another 80 feet into an extremely narrow slot canyon, which extends for a good 2 miles. With a total drop of roughly 2380 feet, this is one of the tallest waterfalls in the world situated on an island, and easily one of the best.
